On the meeting it were present:
Members of the Yugoslavian Embassy, Representatives of the coalition for returning ?mr.Oliver Ivanovich, Kosovska Mitrovica, mr. Sokol Dzordzevich Strpce and others. Representatives of the refugees from the collective centre Katlanovo Zenelj Berisha, Adush Avdo, Ali Miftari; collective centre Suto Orizari: Guljisan Musljija, Ragip Berisa, Muharem Gasnjani.

Looking of the situation and the newest information from the coalition for returning
Oliver Ivanovich gave information that during that day he had a meeting with high representatives of this country as Stojan Andov and Ljupche Georgievski. The theme of their conversation was refugees Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians in Macedonia. Detail information he didn?t present. On the continuation he gave us to knowledge that he was in London and there on one conference he was watching with Hadzi Zulfim. He told us that mr.Hadzi Zulfi is a bigger Albanian than the real Albanian. On Kosovo he employed all the people from his family. Merdza on that meeting in London said that on Kosovo the conditions are now very good and that all Roma can get back on Kosovo. Immediately after this statement European Community begin with returning of Roma for West.
It was told to us that in Kosovska Mitrovica, in Fabricka Kolonija Street before war were living 5300 Roma. They now live in camps and in very difficult in north part of Kosovska Mitrovica.
He gave us a proposal: to we, which are in Macedonia to work in one totality, to look for our rights which are guaranteed as are guaranteed for the other nations. It was told to write a letter to Nezdetu Daci and Hadzi Zulfiju. That we should keep the wish and hope for returning in Kosovo. We should be careful to don?t assimilate us. To appear organized. UNHCR is authorized to defend our interests.
It was discuss about the school. It was presented us a bad picture about the education of our children. It was asking from them to help on humanitarian side. He took a number of refugees which in this moment are staying in Macedonia.
We should also write to mr.Nenad Radosavljevich who is in the Stajners stuff.
We should emphasize our question throw the World Roma organization, IRU. To help on lobbying.
On the end is was estimate that the conditions in this moment on Kosovo isn?t satisfactory and that the conditions aren?t for massive return on Kosovo. It was told us that we should first begin with returning, that Serbians will immediately come to live next to us. This is something what we can?t understand, because we, Roma cause the world that if Serbian law get back on Kosovo than the Romas will get back on Kosovo.
Zenelj presented the situation fro our point of view. It was said that in this moment refugees are answering on the call for willingly return and this continue for almost three years. Those who decided to get back they all ready did that. The biggest part of this group which in this moment is in Macedonia is for going in third countries and one small number is for integration in Macedonia. They plan to get back on Kosovo but first they want to get back that what they lost somewhere on West. When the condition on Kosovo get arrange then they will think about returning.
